Bloating, indigestion or problems related to stomach arise due to our poor food habits, acidity, Stress, poor Dentures. Gall bladder stones or liver diseases like NAFLD, or jaundice can also be other reasons. The problem can be managed by reducing the ratio of Fats and carbohydrates in our diet and at the same time replacing with more alkaline and Vitamin-C rich foods in our diet. Try with Half lemon in a glass of warm water(room temperature) in morning. (Other Dietary details given below).

Its sympotons include loss of appetite, heaviness in upper part of abdomen, infection in stomach, kidney stones, IBS problem, weight loss, change in attitude, yellowish colour in eyes, pale urine etc. In serious cases, body not able to digest water and stomach buldges.
Anitbiotics should be avoided to the maximum possible. Taking any type of pills can aggravate the liver problem. We must increase intake of foods which have cold potency (taseer) like fruits and vegetables OR eat them instead of meal for few days. (Other precautions mentioned further)

Sugar and Milk products contain fats and carbohydrates which are difficult for the liver to digest. So we must avoid as much as we can till our liver becomes fully healed to digest them.

Diet depends on age and can be differ from person to person. The food made in our house kitchens contain all the essential nutrients and vitamins. The food should be easily digestible. Cooking of food is essential because it sterlises foodstuffs, makes them easily digestible.

  • Avoid pills
  • Drink Filtered Water. If not available, Drink boiled water
  • Chew Food properly till paste is formed in mouth and saliva is mixed with food
  • Eat food at Fixed intervals, preferably three times a day and in between, avoid eating anything else
  • Avoid eating processed and packaged foods like cold drinks, beverages, tea, coffee etc.
  • Do not eat spicy, fried foods and bakery items
  • Drink warm water (Water at Room temperature)
  • Include variety in flours, especially gluten-free like maize flour, multi grain flour at least once in a day
  • Eat alkaline foods items like fruits and salads
  • Eat only vegetarian foods
